Spicy Meat Balls

Ingredients:


500 g minced beef or lamb meat
2 eggs
2 garlic cloves, crushed ( optional )
2 finely chopped onions
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger
2 grounded chilli pepper
5 leaves crushed basil
40-50 g breadcrumbs
litre vegetable oil
tsp curry
1 tsp salt

 

 

 

Put minced meat into a big bowl and add all the ingredients. Mix the ingredients until the mixture is firm, if not, add a bit more of breadcrumbs, and mix it firm. Make small balls out of the mixture. Heat the oil and fry until it's brown all over (fry in batches). Drain the balls on kitchen paper.
Serve them on a bed of lettuce.
