West Africa oysters

 

Baked with a Wine Garlic Sauce


Ingredients:
20 big or 40 small oysters
4 cloves garlic very finely minced
1 cup Chablis
4 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 glass of wine
cup melted butter

 


Wine Garlic Sauce: Combine the melted butter with the garlic, Chablis, parsley, wine, salt and pepper. Place the oysters ( half shelled ) on baking sheets and ladle half of above sauce on each one. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Put the remaining sauce uniformly over the oysters again.
Serve immediately, with lemon wedges on a plate.
